I will then show your property, accept the applications, screen applicants thoroughly for credit, income and rental history, write the lease, and oversee the rental through to move-in. TENANTS: I will determine your needs and provide you with the most current rental listings available. Then, I will show you the properties, provide the application and rental guidelines, process your application, write your lease, and work out all the details to ensure a smooth rental experience.
